My uncle Rene Tessier was a member of the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) and built several full scale aircraft. My fovorite was a Smith Mini Plane which as far as I'm aware is still flying. I have very fond memories of the many hours we spent together working on his different projects below are some pictures of the Mini Plane. The good looking young guy in the high waters with the bad hair cut is me. If you take a good look where the arrow is you'll see a Pitts Special Biplane U-control model.
